Khalifah is a band that needs no further explanation for their fame in Malaysia. First founded in 2006, the band consists of lead vocalist Yabang, Harry the guitarist, Moy the bass player and Tony the drummer. Their illustrious music catalogue that consists of big hits like Kasihnya Laila, Assalamualaikum Ustazah and Hang Pi Mana have made them a household name in Malaysia’s music industry. Khalifah has also won many awards in their long and impressive time together, one of the most notable ones being the Best Performance Award on Anugerah Juara Lagu 31 in 2017 for their wondrous performance.
